Portuguese Village

A
preparation for 8 people in just 33 minutes, ideal for a Portuguese Easter
Sunday entry.
200g savoy
cabbage
1 leek
1 onion
70g bacon
into strips
40g olive
oil
1 turnip
1 bouillon
700g water
Preparation:
. In
Varoma, place the savoy cabbage cut into julienne and set aside.
. Put in
the cup sliced leek, onion and chop 3 sec / Speed 5
. Add
bacon, olive oil and saute 7min / 100 º / Speed 1.
. Add the
carrots and turnips cut into pieces, broth, water and now half the drained
beans.
. Put the
soup for 1 Min / Speed 7. Add the cabbage and the remaining beans.
Tip:
Mince the
soup gradually until reaching 7 Speed holding the measuring cup to avoid
splashing. If it gets too thick, add a little water to taste. Optionally, you
can add 100g of potato for a richer soup and substitute beans per 100g tin of
powdered dried beans.
