Easter Cake



To 10 people in 30 minutes

Ingredients for the dough
180g sugar
100g butter
2 large eggs
120g milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla flavor tea
1 pinch of salt
260g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Ingredients for covering and filling
250g of sugar
150g of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla flavor tea
Silver balls

Preparation
. With good cup dry, spray the sugar stuffing 15 sec / speed 9 . Remove and set aside.
. For the pastry , place the sugar in the cup and spray 15 sec / Speed 9 .
. Add the butter and set 1min and 30 sec / 37 / Speed 3.
. Add eggs and set 2 min / Speed 3 and a half without the measuring cup .
. Add the remaining ingredients and set 20 sec / 3 Spd .
. Pour the prepared form of a small 17 cm, greased and bake in preheated 180° oven for about 25 minutes.
. For the topping / filling and unwashed cup, place the reserved sugar , butter, vanilla flavoring and set 15 sec / 4 Speed .
. Remove cake from oven and let cool.
. Cut the cake in half and fill with cream, leaving a good portion to cover the taste.
. Decorate with silver balls.

Tip:
Remember that whenever you bake a cake it is important to remove the glass so that there is air circulation, which favors the growth of the mass.
